Privacy & security

Who sees what, and who decides.

Practical security starts with three questions: what each assistant can reach, what needs your approval, and where private information can go.

Protecting your business

The practices, in plain words.

These are the practices we use. They reduce risk; no check catches every problem.

Only the access needed

Your assistants see only what their work needs. Where looking is enough, they only look.

Passwords stay locked away

Passwords and keys stay locked away. They are kept out of messages, drafts and reports.

You decide what needs your yes

You decide which actions need your OK first, such as posts and messages that speak for the business.

Website watch, built to order

We can build a watch for your website. If it stops answering, you get an alert.

Updates from the source

Software is kept up to date from the makers’ own security notices.

Backup watch, built to order

We can build a backup watch that checks that last night’s backup ran. If it is missing, it alerts you, makes a new one, checks it and does a test restore.

Private records stay private

A private AI handles your business records. You decide what goes out.

A check-up during setup

We offer a security check-up during setup: two-step sign-in on the important accounts, a password manager, automatic updates turned on, and the backups checked.

A clear path to a person

Where an AI handles a conversation, it says so, and it offers a call back from a person.

Your data

Agree what is kept.

We keep customer data private and do not sell personal data. Before service begins, agree what records are kept, who can access them and how long they are needed.

This website

No cookies of our own. No outside analytics.

This site counts visits itself, on its own server: the page, the website that sent you, a screen-size group and the country. It sets no cookie and keeps nothing that identifies you. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, your visit is not counted. Its font and everything else are served with the page.

Your light or dark choice and your motion setting are kept only in your own browser. The contact form sends your request to us.

Our privacy policy explains what we collect on this website, why, and the choices you have. Read the privacy policy

Where are you losing customers today?

Tell us about the calls you miss, the replies that come too late or the quotes that go quiet. We will show how an assistant would handle that one task, and what stays with you.
