Leads and phone

The follow-up and the phone

A quiet Facebook lead gets one friendly follow-up

One message per person, between 10 AM and 8 PM Eastern, never after the move date. New website requests reach the owner at once.

The wording, approved before it went out, Oct 23, 2026. Name, number and site name removed.

The follow-up, word for word

Hi [first name], just checking in about your move. If you still need movers, we’re happy to help. You can call us at [business number], or fill out the short free estimate form on our website, [site name].

A phone assistant, built and waiting

It is built to answer calls and write a call note. It goes on the company’s phones only when the owner says yes.

Planned next

Not switched on yet. Each item is marked planned until it is on.

  • The phone assistant on its phone line, answering and writing a call note, once the owner says yes.
  • More pages in the languages its customers speak, each one a copy of its English page, put up only with the owner’s OK.
  • Review cards: a card with a review link for the truck and the paper invoice, and a thank-you after each finished job.
